AVP MS-211 is an ultra-high resolution grayscale display subsystemcompatible with all VME-based workstation systems. The unit includes a19-inch black-and-white monitor, displaying 2560 x 2048 pixels, a full200 dpi display capability. With MegaScan's unique FrameCopyarchitecture, MS-211 maps 12-bit pixel data into 8-bit pixels for displaywith 256 levels of grayscale information. The 72 Hz noninterlacedrefresh display provides a flicker-free user environment. MS-211 isintended for applications in medical image processing and remote sensing,in which high-quality images are vital to image interpretation.MS-211 is available as a two-board VME (9U) set, suitable forinstallation directly in the backplane of a workstation, or as a separatechassis with monitor and power supply.
